About this programme
AIYA Advanced is for high-performing high school students ready to take their AI knowledge further.
It includes 15 hours of academic teaching by NTU Singapore through the course 'Theories and Applications in Artificial Intelligence', ranked #4 in the world for Data Science & AI (QS World University Rankings by Subject 2026), and 9 hours of teaching assistance from NUS research scholars.
Building on foundational AI and machine-learning ideas, students explore deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs), neural networks, transformers, GANs and diffusion models, then tackle an industry-inspired AI problem and present their project to an NTU Singapore faculty member.
The fee covers NTU faculty sessions and NUS TA sessions, 4-star twin-sharing accommodation, two meals a day, field trips, visa, insurance, local and airport transfers, a city tour and entry to Universal Studios Singapore. Flights and personal expenses are not included.
